Mrs Sandra and her husband came to my home today to collect $105. They were supposed to clean my home. I only wish I could post pics of the disarray my home was left in. My daughters rugs were left in the bathroom, none of the rooms were dusted, and my floors were still dirty.
She was folding clothes when she informed me that she had to leave for another job and she wouldn't have time to finish. I did pay her. I will not hire her again.

Jessica or Laura, because even the name you used in the ad is fake .As you said, used another name because of another houseclean ??? Now I understood why.
You have every right to not like our service, but does not have the right to lie.
We were hired to clean a house of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen, cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, pass the mop and you provide all necessary equipment and suplies.
We were greeted by her husband with a list of what you wrote as EXTRAS, washing dishes, cleaning doors, windows and glasses, 4 fans, baseboards, blinds and laundry (folding hundred clothes and towels that covered the two room sofas).
There was no equipment and the only product was to clean the wood floor.We used our suplies and equipments for $ 5.00.
These EXTRAS were NOT COMBINED, were NOT HIRED and were NOT CHARGED, but yet WE DID it all with the best because we love what we do.
My husband took the place all the furniture to make a deep cleaning and you did not take lightly says that we not dust .....
After completing all the cleaning, I was folding the two mountains of clothes in which I was not hired or paid to do, and when it was just a few pairs of socks I said I would have to leave because I had another cleaning job scheduled in an office.
This was after clean and organize your home for 5 hours!
I can only regret your poor attitude .Too regret not having dirt photos and disorganization of your house, before and after we clean.We would have been an optimal marketing campaign of our work.
We left your home with a clear conscience that we did much more than we were hired and I am convinced that your home was 100% cleaner and organized than we found.
