- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m a small veteran owned company and offer a price that meets the customers needs. I don’t upsell any expensive systems. I give the customer a very fair price and since I’m a small company. I can beat most prices. I enjoy my work and I’m not in it for the money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a detailed plan to protect and service there security and automation needs after an in depth discussion of what they want. I then offer an estimate and arrange a time for the installation if hired along with details of the installation time, price without hidden fees and asked not to be paid until the work is done and the customer is 100% satisfied with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years on the job training in commercial and residential. Multiple certifications and licenses in all low voltage needs. Military formal training and application
