I hired Blandy and his group for hedge and vine trimming, flowerbed weeding, trimming branches away from the house and cleaning porches and gutters. It was a DISASTER. Blandy sent two men with zero knowledge of yard maintenance, who did not have appropriate tools to do the work or any motivation to perform well. This should have been a one-day job, but naturally turned into two, simply due to incompetence. I told Blandy after the first day that one of the two men was so lackluster that I did not want him at my house the next day. Guess who they brought to my house, again? I'd asked them to trim back some of the neighbor's bamboo that was touching my house. Instead of simply trimming back the bamboo they hacked the stalks off midway, then tossed much of the refuse into the neighbors yard. The neighbor came out the next day and had to remove all those bamboo pieces and clean up what Blandy's group had left for him. Thank Heavens I'm on great terms with my neighbors! When I called and texted Blandy about these and other problems, he promised to take care of them. Instead, he simply stopped returning my messages. Because Blandy is a young man interested in started a business, I hired him without references to support a young person. Sorry for the inconvenience Allison. I charged you a decent price to complete the job. Instead you took advantage of the reasonable price and went over board with the demand of many extra things you wanted done. Again , sorry for the inconvenience Allison. That is not how Prestige Services a handles customers.
