FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most ceremonies - big or small - are a standard $300, even with additional components required, such as a candle or sand ceremony. Attendance at a rehearsal is an extra $75.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the couple and I will meet in a local coffee shop or other convenient location so we can get to know one another. You have the chance to evaluate me to see if I'm the right person to make your special day absolutely perfect. We'll discuss the ceremony of your dreams, of course, but I'll also ask questions that help me understand who the two of you are; get a feel for your personalities; and get to know your relationship story. All of these things will help me compose a custom ceremony that is exactly right for you. Later, I'll send you a draft of the ceremony, and you'll have the chance to make changes, request additions, and edit as much as needed. You can even make changes up to the the last day. I'm flexible, and my goal is to make sure you get the ceremony YOU want.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my recent ceremonies was held at Oak Alley Plantation. Although it was a small, intimate wedding, the atmosphere gave it that feeling of grandeur. Another of my favorites was held at a movie set venue with a Star Wars theme to it. But honestly, every wedding, from the backyard gatherings to the ballroom extravaganzas are all equally special.
