Having just moved to New Orleans a few months ago, I was interested in finding a good fitness trainer to get me on track. Since I didn't know anyone, I focused on internet reviews. I stumbled upon Adam's site and noticed he had great feedback. So I took a chance and visited his gym. I've been a client ever since. Not only is Adam motivational, he's pleasant to train with. But he's tough too! That all makes for a very effective and worthwhile training regimen. I appreciate that he's dedicated. He's flexible in workout times and his prices are very affordable. His gym is small and I see the minimal space as a great advantage to keeping focus. The equipment is top of the line and I'm seeing progress in reaching my fitness goals. I'm just starting the Exercise Science program and very excited about it. My personal trainer Shelli has fully explained already why this type of training is different from others and it really makes so much sense. The intensity and timing is the key. The facility is just the right size for an individual experience (you're not lost in a sea of bodies) and Shelli already has a workout fit for me because she listened to me during our consultation. She couldn't be any nicer and I'm very hopeful that the Exercise Science experience will be my answer for helping me to stay fit for life.

Dwight is a most phenomenal trainer! I've been working out and training with private Trainers for over 30 years. I've come to really value individuals who week by week month by month year to year raise me to a new level of Health and Fitness. Over the last three years since he became my trainer, at age 59, he has reshaped my body like no one ever did. He has the knowledge and capability to train people with all body types from slim, toned ladies to bodybuilders, varying fitness goals, all ages, and with chronic injuries from years of sports. My small boned "ballerina" body is more cut and toned than it ever been. Dwight's incredible knowledge, expertise, professionalism and dedication is incomparable. I met with Beaux to discuss training options. We had a very honest conversation about my goals an what factors I felt were working against me. He was very nice and had very good input. Ultimately, we decided that his group training program was a good fit for me vs. private personal training. It's been about a month now since I started at GeauxFit, and I'm happy I did. Beaux and Kristen have created a great atmosphere for people of all fitness levels. Everyone at GeauxFit is very friendly and welcoming. I've been training with Christian for over three (or is it four?) years now, which probably says enough in itself. My personal trainer Kelly is amazing. She shows up to my house on time and trains me in the privacy of my home. I hate working out at a gym and feel self conscious with so many people around me. Kelly makes it convenient and easy for me to exercise. And I don't have to waste time and gas driving to the gym or pay a gym membership. Kelly knows so many different styles and techniques so my workouts never get boring. The best part is that the rates are just as if not more affordable than the gym and I have lost 30 pounds and several inches off my waist.
