I started Break Thru Fitness, because I needed True accountability to get me healthy and fit. I have been in training for a month and a half,and I am VERY VERY pleased with my results. Adam is an AWESOME patient trainer, who pushes you to just that Your Break Thru.. Its been times during my session, I yelled at Him, I wanna QUIT, but he is patient and encourages me when I want to give up.. I am pleased that I made the decision to join the team and I look forward to what my body says in a few more months. It's not just about losing weight, He is an ALL Around Great Fitness Trainer!!!
Devon is awesome as my personal trainer. He motivates me to work hard towards my goals. I've been working with him for nearly 2 months now, and I see the results, not just in my weight loss, but also my energy level and my endurance. Jonothan has been a key element to my success in this endeavor. I was ready for a change. I realized that when I had coaching, I was at my athletic peak. I got over my ego and pride, and realized I needed help. Jonothan makes it easy. All you have to do is show up and do the work he tells you to. It's really that simple. Over the past few months Jonothan has become my coach and much more. He really does care about me and my success. He asks how I am, reminds me to eat well. This accountability and care has meant so much to me. I have lost upwards of 15 lbs since starting with Jonothan and my neck and back pain have abated. For those of you living in pain, I entreat you to invest 30 min once a week. This could change your life. That and my waist is small, my best friend told me I was "buff", and I'm looking better everyday. I'm not saying that no work was required on my part. I pick healthy options and eat a diet designed for my various thyroid issues. And most importantly... I show up, once a week, on time and as focused as I can be. I am a 59 year old mom/grandmother. Since joining Geaux fit Performance training, I feel better now than I did in my 30's. I have been somewhat active most of my life, jogging, Jazzercise, but needed something more. I went to Beaux and he originally put me in his boot camp class, which I really loved. I then graduated to work out with the "big kids" I'll admit I was a little intimidated in the beginning. But Beaux put me at ease, he tailored some of the workouts just for me since I was one of the "more mature" members. He pushes you to be a better and stronger "You". I have now been training with him for over a year. I have much more energy, I definitely have more muscle tone, and I have become much stronger than I ever thought I could. Along with the training, I have learned how to eat better. I would highly recommend Beaux and his staff. I love working out there so much that I actually get upset when I can't go. I've also recruited my daughter and my youngest granddaughter, who is eight years old. She has been taken under Kristen's wing and being shown the proper way to "lift"! I guess you could say we are a big family at Geaux fit, and I would not have it any other way.
I have put on quite a bit of weight after I was recovering from a surgery. My sister and I reached out to Thomas after knowing him for a long time. We had seen his own weight loss surgery and knew he could help. He met with us twice a week and gave us the exact type of training we needed to jump start out weight loss. My sister and I both lost ten pounds each of the span of 2 months. Thomas helped me push my body way more than I thought I ever could. He really cares about his clients, and it really helps that he's had his own weighloss journey. Ivan is a very kick ass trainer!!!! If you truly you want to loose weight and achieve long lasting results he is the guy for you. Some days you will leave the gym highly annoyed at him and thats how you know you have a GREAT trainer. He will push you pass your limits :) Not only is Ivan a great trainer he is very reliable and consistent with his work ethic which was very important to me. Ivan started off as my trainer and ended up being a mentor.

I hired Pam as a personal trainer. The experience was exactly what I was looking for. Something low key, personal and private. Pam is extremely knowledgable with exercise as well as nutrition. She was kind enough to give me a copy of her book that she wrote on maintaining weight loss after bariatric surgery. Both my sessions with her as well as the book were exactly what I needed to stay motivated. I looked forward to my workout sessions with her. She is a wonderful trainer and a beautiful person all around.
Craig is an amazing weight loss coach and trainer! At 5 feet 3 inches and weighing 162 pounds, I decided I needed to change my lifestyle. Our initial consultation sold me. I left our meeting that very day committed to living a healthy lifestyle! It's only been 2 1/2 months and I have lost 20 pounds and now have lots of energy, my cholesterol is under control, my eating habits have drastically changed and I am proud of my appearance. Alexandra helped me get back in shape. She motivated me to increase my ability in the gym and coached me on having a healthy lifestyle. All my workouts have been at crossfit-roux which is a positive and fun environment. I look forward to my boot camp classes with her!
