We wanted to have our very old & simple back patio replaced. I was contacted immediately by David and he came by the next day to estimate the job. He gave me an estimate on the spot and I accepted and he was able to start right away. He removed the old deck and installed a larger wood deck with a roof extension covering 2/3rds of the deck. The workmanship on the deck/cover are outstanding. He was able to deliver exactly what we wanted in five days. One day under his estimate and $200 under his original estimated cost. All aspects of this project exceeded our expectations! David and his crew were wonderful to work with and we will use him again for any other projects that we need. I highly recommend him!

The quality of work is very good. There is no disputing that. This job ended up being much larger than expected. We were ok with that as well. HOWEVER after many days there were some items to finish up. Anticipated work left to complete maybe 8 hours. 27 CHARGED hours later still not completed. ? them as to what they were doing in 27 hours, ex. well it took us 8 hours to caulk. (Apartment is 200 sq feet) Long lunches off site, they are still on your clock. So if you can be there, they are very skilled. If you can not, be wary. Paid invoice in full but very very upset with owner. He initially offered to deduct some of invoice bc husband and I so upset. Went back to ask him if he would so we could hire some one else to finish the job that they had essentially been paid for and he said no. He did come back to install a toilet and finish tub that also had not been done at no additional charge but these were just two of many many items that were not completed in a MORE than adequate time frame.
