- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**Please keep in mind that with limited details on Thumbtack it's hard to give exact prices, so I have provided a base price that can be subject to change after getting more information** Sellers consultation: The sellers consultation is a 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour walk through with the seller to advise on what the buyers inspector will be looking for. This helps the seller get ahead of the surprises that the buyers inspection will uncover. While a consultation will not cover everything a full inspection will, it will greatly reduce what is found if the recommendations are implemented. A sellers inspection is the same cost as a buyers inspection, while a consultation is a fraction of the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Home Inspections are completed to the Standards of Practice as stated by the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors. The following are some of the items that are inspected while in the home. You will receive a Standards of Practice copy before the walk through. The information within the Standards of Practice gives you what is required and not required to be inspected by the licensed home inspector.
