Gianni has done many kinds of work for me, my boss, our executives and our company office over the last several months. His work is of very good quality and he has been quick to respond to an emergency or problem we are facing. In short Ive been amazed at how many different skills he has from wood working, to pro painting, to electrical, plumbing, tiling and fixing just about anything. He has too many skills to list and the best part is he is about half the price of most every other contractor I have used. He has saved us a ton of money and its been a pleasure to do business with him.
Initially, I hired Mr. Duncan just to fix a leaky door that I had in my garage apartment that I'm renting out. When I bought my house, I didn't really ever think I'd ever be able to make the garage apartment look presentable. When I talked with him, he told me that he could also take care of the laundry list of other issues I was having so I didn't need to hire anyone else. Mr. Duncan came and fixed everything that I gave him to do. He painted my kitchen cabinets, fixed my hot water heater and saved me $1000, he fixed some cabinet doors, he repaired dry wall that had holes in it. He painted the trim and fixed my leaky door. Everything was done very well and efficiently. He was prompt with communication and did it all for very cheap. In fact, I feel that I owe him at least a $100 tip for the work he did. I highly recommend him for other thumbtack users and will be hiring him for every other odd job I have from now on. Very reliable and good at what he does.
Double R home remedies, has done an extensive amount of work for my management company. All services were done professional and courteous. Double R even did extra work that was not included at no charge; which was awesome. Double R, performed several jobs, drywall, hvac, plumbing, electrical, tile work(ceramic) and even did a small landscaping job for me. Rodrick, does an awesome job, I would recommend him to my friends and family members when work is needed.
Great job remodeling kitchen including painting and tile. Very courteous and interested in making sure I was satisfied.
The job was to paint and spot repair the main living areas and hallways in my home. William was very committed to the timeline and beginning quickly which made moving my own belongings much easier. He had multiple people present taking care of the paint. My only concern was there were lots of areas that needed to be repainted and touched up because they were missed on the first run. He came back the next day to take care of it. He informed me with the Tornados that hit the North Shore his best workers were committed to getting people into their homes which I can appreciate. In the future I would and am already using him again for my home needs. Highly recommended. Very professional and very accommodating.
Jim is a hard worker, and does an excellent job. I hired him to redo my whole bathroom and kitchen floor in Tile, he's artistic and created wonderful patterns in his work. I am very happy with the job he's done. I will call him back for more work for sure!
Emerson repaired 6-8 large ceramic tiles that buckled up in front of my kitchen sink. He came out on a Sat. And removed the tiles so that the area could be walked on. He offered to come on Sun to do the repairs! Price was reasonable and he even spent the time to reuse the tiles that were not broken or cracked, and offered to match the tiles for future need. He worked efficiently and cleaned up. Excellent job!
I have had the two brothers remodel two rental homes for me recently. In four months they never left my jobs for another job. They stay at your job until they finish. They painted interior and exterior, layed tiled floors throughout the house and layed tile up the walls and around showers in bathrooms, tore down walls, moved plumbing from one wall to another, repaired leaks in my bathroom walls, scraped popcorn ceilings to make smooth ceilings, installed all new appliances in one house, cut and installed my formica countertops. What makes them so incredulously unique and that when they see another small problem that they encounter, they fix it without asking. For example, they spotted a beam in the attic that was not supported structurally and they just fixed it. I thought I would have to hire a roofer for that area. I haven't come across a task that they have not tackled yet. And because they are so efficient, I was able to lure renters into my newly renovated homes quickly.
