Overall great ongoing experience :) With continuous hard work from myself with the help and guidance from my trainer I should successfully reach my goal :) It's been great :) I look forward to continuing our sessions and I believe I made the right decision in picking the right trainer for myself. Very very pleased.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, Weight Management Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Pregnant women, clients suffering from sciatica, veterans, clients with kidney disease, athletes, prospective athletes.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a client who came to me as a 75-year old war veteran, with stage 4 kidney failure, multiple back surgeries, and a triple bypass. When we met, he walked with cane, and was told by his doctor he would never be able to lift more than 10 lbs. We sat together, prioritized his nutrition, and came up with a suitable fitness plan that was adjusted as he progressed. After 2 months, he no longer required the use of a cane, his renal failure had upgraded to stage 2, and even his doctor reached out to me to celebrate how his patient was progressing. That's one of my favorite success stories.
