- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45.00 per incident for online desktop support $60.00 per hour on-site visit $85.00 installation of wireless network (setup of your router and up to 3 workstations)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with the first phone call. I ask questions concerning your problem to determine its nature and urgency. Occasionally I can advise the customer on a course of action that he/she can perform to solve their problem for no charge. If the problem is not that simple, I can connect to the customer's pc over the internet and fix it while they watch my actions on their monitor. If it involves hardware, or the customer has no internet access, I arrange an on-site visit
