FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hiring a handyman can seem like an expensive process. I understand that fully. Having to pay for home repairs and other tasks can leave a bad taste that no one enjoys. I will say that I always try to give a fair price to each customer and have a true desire to serve and give value back that is greater than any dollar amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try ro get as much information up front in order to accurately quote. No one likes surprises to come up and then have to ammend a price previously given; not the customer or the pro. I also try to get an understanding of the situation. The customer's "why" that is. What can I offer that will add value and save time for them to reach their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned from and worked on projects with a number of mentors from various fields. I've learned from painters, roofers, home construction pros, and electricians. In addition, I have about twelve years of personal home repairs under my belt for my toughest customer; my wife.
