- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 65 an hour for residential service calls and troubleshooting problems. I charge 85 an hour for commercial service calls and troubleshooting problems (businesses including B&B’s) If it’s a project your looking to complete I will be happy to give you an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication about all aspects of the job, get to know the customers expectations. Restore the contractor to customer relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of on the job experience in all aspects of the trade. I was taunt by a highly respected professional with 20 years under his belt at the time.
