- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not, however it depends on the number of hours and type of event; that dictates my quoting system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I give them a brief introduction of myself and ensure them how I can support them in every shape, form or fashion. For events that require a specific playlist(wedding, banquets), I'd provide them with an example itinerary/playlist to assist with their choosing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am registered through Serato and other music websites which helps me stay up on the latest and the greatest.
