I found Dylan on Craigslist and he asked me to write him a review on here. I used to be athletic I'm high school but became inactive in college and worse with a desk job. I workout with Dylan 3 nights a week and we do a mix of circuit training for cardio and strength. He gives me free advice for my diet and I've seen good results. He was the motivation I needed and I'm glad I hired him.
Chris is terrific! Friendly, polite and he knows what he's doing. The new gym is BEAUTIFUL and he's willing to meet early in the morning which is great for my schedule. I can already tell a difference after just a few weeks of working out with him.
Alexandra helped me get back in shape. She motivated me to increase my ability in the gym and coached me on having a healthy lifestyle. All my workouts have been at crossfit-roux which is a positive and fun environment. I look forward to my boot camp classes with her! I highly recommend going to see her especially if you want to reach your goals, because I'm getting excellent coaching and seeing improvements while I work out!
Alexis is very professional and courteous. I never use to want to workout or eat right, but she has completely changed my life. Now it has become a routine for me. She is by far the best Personal Trainer I have ever had. She honestly wants you to be the best you can be.
I am a 59 year old mom/grandmother. Since joining Geaux fit Performance training, I feel better now than I did in my 30's. I have been somewhat active most of my life, jogging, Jazzercise, but needed something more. I went to Beaux and he originally put me in his boot camp class, which I really loved. I then graduated to work out with the "big kids" I'll admit I was a little intimidated in the beginning. But Beaux put me at ease, he tailored some of the workouts just for me since I was one of the "more mature" members. He pushes you to be a better and stronger "You". I have now been training with him for over a year. I have much more energy, I definitely have more muscle tone, and I have become much stronger than I ever thought I could. Along with the training, I have learned how to eat better. I would highly recommend Beaux and his staff. I love working out there so much that I actually get upset when I can't go. I've also recruited my daughter and my youngest granddaughter, who is eight years old. She has been taken under Kristen's wing and being shown the proper way to "lift"! I guess you could say we are a big family at Geaux fit, and I would not have it any other way.
I liked the variety and intensity of the workouts. Cardio was always mixed in with the weight training. I felt energized and strong after my workouts.
Joni was great. She was happy and helpful, very likable personality. She's a great yoga instructor, taking time to explain all the postures to us and make sure we were positioned as best our bodies could be. We will certainly call on her again!

I was 58 years old and 15 to 20 pounds overweight. I had always been somewhat athletic, so I thought I was in alright shape. I started working out with Gary and realized I was not at all in shape. I worked with Gary at the gym, starting with circuit training and making adjustments to my diet based on Gary's recommendations. The first week I lost five pounds and was feeling better with the workouts. Gary was very motivational, assisting with goal setting and nutrition. I had lost 10 pounds the first month and within 6 weeks was to goal weight. In between training sessions, Gary would text to see how you were doing. He would push you to get better, and I am now fitter than I ever was. The routines would change so one would not get bored with the workout. Gary motivates and is tough with the workouts, but is also one of the kindest, upbeat, and positive people I know. I enjoy working out with Gary and after one of his workouts there is a sense of accomplishment, even though you are bent over breathing hard. Because of Gary's training, I can hang tough with people half my age.
Kristen is a great personal trainer! I have been wanting to get fit for quite some time and I decided to hire her because she listened to what results I was looking for and tailored my work outs to get the results I wanted. I have been training with her for over 18 weeks and I feel like I'm not only educated on how to train and work out but also which movements target certain parts of the body and how to do them correctly to avoid injury and maximize results. Her background as a nurse helped ease my mind when going through the aches and pains of making my body stronger. I would definitely recommend Kristen to you and anyone else ready to really get fit and learn how to do it right.
Sammy is an awesome trainer. He provides you with everything you need to succeed. I love that one of the first things he does with you is explain your overall body assessment by measuring your BMI. And for free! Most of the time this can cost a pretty penny. This allows you to be able to understand how to reach your goals and how much body fat you should lose in order to reach your goals. He also provides you with an entire nutrition guide and menu and instructions for day to day meals and calculates how many calories you should intake depending on what size you are. By boyfriend and I train together and he gives us both different instructions on how to reach our goals and will be with you every step of the way during your workout. He's very encouraging! He customizes a workout each day to fit your goals and has a beautiful indoor studio with machines, kickboxing, ellipticals, trx, dumbbells etc. The workouts go very fast with water breaks and the music of your choice. I'm staying with Sammy with my unlimited membership each month! The package is the way to go
