- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies based on type of service. Traffic tickets usually range from $250-$375, however, some tickets do cost more as they have more severe charges or deal with additional issues. Municipal cases (misdemeanors, not felonies) usually range from $500 - $2000 depending on the type of case, arrested or issued a summons, etc. DWIs are usually a standard $3500, but can vary as well depending on the case. The felony pricing structure varies too widely to give an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand exactly what they are up against and what type of issue they are facing to give them to most accurate quote for our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had my practice for over 11 years and have dealt primarily with criminal defense and personal injury since starting back in 2004. I am also a part of the DWI lawyers Program and am barred in Texas, as well.
