I have had only positive experiences with Blue Star. I have both roach control and termite control services, and I know when the roaches are under control because I don't see any. However, termites are a different matter because you don't see them. Please be sure my property is adequately serviced so that termites don't infestate. Thank you for being a customer. You are absolutely correct in the fact that termites are very sneaky! Rest assured that we will perform all the inspections needed to keep them out. Please remember that you can call us at ANYTIME if you think you see something that may be suspicious, ALL of our inspections for our current customers are ALL included in your service.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing through THUMBTACK is the starting price and will fit most of the request submitted. All of our pricing is listed on our website in greater detail. We also offer Online Termite Treatment Quotes that DO NOT require an on site inspection. Visit our website for more pricing details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Here are the basic steps in our process: * We determine what type of pest problem we are dealing with * We put together the correct scope of service * We send out an electronic agreement to sign, everything is in writing * We then collect any fees required and set up an appointment time * Once the job is complete we send you an electronic Service Report All of this other than the job being complete, can be done over the phone in a 3 to 10 minute phone consultation. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our Technicians are State Certified by the State of Louisiana and are required to attend continuous training on a monthly basis along with a State Re-certification on an annual basis.
