I've worked out with Jonathan, the Everyday Fitness Guru, for about a month now. My favorite part about him is the great communication. He really wants you to not only improve your workout, fitness and health, but to also understand why your body is working in certain ways. Great at explaining form, technique, methodology and the science behind it. Very motivational.

I met with Beaux to discuss training options. We had a very honest conversation about my goals an what factors I felt were working against me. He was very nice and had very good input. Ultimately, we decided that his group training program was a good fit for me vs. private personal training. It's been about a month now since I started at GeauxFit, and I'm happy I did. Beaux and Kristen have created a great atmosphere for people of all fitness levels. Everyone at GeauxFit is very friendly and welcoming. It never feels like I'm competing against people who's fitness levels are higher than my own, rather just a supportive environment where I feel like I can focus on being better. Highly recommended.

I studied nutrition and bodybuilding techniques extensively to lost unwanted fat, and without growing an inch taller lose six inches at my waistline while stacking on over 50lbs of lean muscle. Also, as an Army Sergeant I was required to conduct daily and remedial physical training classes using maining HIIT and Bodyweight Exercises that are now a staple of the "Boot Camp" style programs offered at some gyms.
