FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I find that every job is different and there are to many things you can't see in the walls or underneath the house so I usually put at least one or two change orders in the contract so we can change the work if we run across something that is unseen in initiall estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with the customer about the work to be done then meet at the job site to go over the blueprints or Mark out what has to be done. Then I will send a email with my quote and call the customer to see if they like the estimate and we would start work once we received 1/2 of the estimate or more depending on the price of the equipment?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in General Studies from U.S.L. in Lafayette, LA. I also have 15 years experience in the construction industry and 10 of those years I was a Journey Man Electrician with IKO ELECTRICAL for 6yrs and after Katrina I worked for ALLSTATE ELECTRICAL 4 yrs and I have been doing camera's and security in the the last 4 yrs.
