FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we will discuss in-depth with the client what their goals and desires are for the project. Once an overall understanding for the layout of the design is reached, We will then draw up a detailed outline in the form of a proposal for the clients approval. This proposal will cover all pricing of materials labor and design fees, as well as provide the client with an estimated date of completion. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will initiate all orders and begin any labor that may be necessary. Generally we charge a percentage over our net wholesale cost for the supervision of labor and ordering of goods.
