Im just in my second week of training and I changed the way I eat and I do exercise on my opposites days when I don't train. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet and go over goals and obstacles the day we train- plan on spending about 1 hour on your first visit
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?While I have an international certificate in fitness as well as nutrition, I've also taught various forms of exercise since the 80’s (YMCA aerobics, boot camps, etc) , I’ve utilized and studied slow motion protocol For the last 7 years and am currently continuing my slow motion mentorship under Ryan Hall. I also want to emphasize that there is no book to teach what back pain is and does to your life- period- Two failed back surgeries and I'm stronger than before and leaner than in my 20's- there just is no substitute for this protocol or life experience! Let me show you how I did it and continue to do it. You too can live a medication and pain free life.
