- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very simple. I discuss this with you. Usually, I charge $15 per visit for dogs. My visits are usually an hour, to include the walk for dogs. Although I can spend more time if asked. I do not add on charges like some do. Dogs are $15 per walk for 1 or 2. No extra for 2. Three dogs I have to charge a little more. Cats are $10 per visit for the first cat and $15 for multiple cats over 3 cats. Fees for special requests regarding house care........or other responsibilities can be discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit in advance. We get a chance to meet and I meet your pet. We go over your instructions and I follow them exactly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My life has taught me to be a good listener. I listen closely to my clients. I'm not a professional but I bond with animals easily. I think their instinct can feel my joy and love.
