We purchased four piano lessons for our Dad for Christmas 2015 and he has loved it! Amy is very knowledgeable and patient and our dad has enjoyed it so much that he plans on continuing his lessons. This has truly been one of the best gifts we've given him. Would definitely recommend Amy!

Colin is the best piano teacher I've had in the 4 years I've been practicing in New Orleans. She is very structured and organized with the lessons and I can feel myself moving forward with her as an instructor. She keeps very detailed notes on the lesson and what you should be practicing for the week. I highly recommend her as a teacher!

My daughter has been taking piano lessons from Ainsley Matich for several years and I couldn't be happier with her progress. Ainsley is a gifted, talented musician who's teaching style is perfect. She recognizes what works best for each individual student. She has a knack for being able to bring a student along at just the right pace, and is challenging without being overwhelming. My daughter describes Ainsley as inspirational, a great motivator, and easy to learn from. She made:her comfortable right from the start. We would highly recommend Matich Music!

Joe was overall very professional and helpful in the lesson I took from him. He patiently waited while I set up my camera, maintained a composed demeanor, and listened carefully while I told him what my experience level was and what I wanted to learn. He tailored a lesson plan and "homework" for me based what my goals were and what I needed improvement on. Plus, he started teaching me a song I wanted to learn on the very first day! Overall I felt that the lesson seemed very personal and centered around my learning. I haven't taken piano lessons in a long time, but I was impressed by what I have seen so far! Just make sure you have your own keyboard/piano and video equipment (laptop and webcam work well) otherwise lessons might be a bit tougher.

About

If your young child wants to learn to play the piano (or electronic keyboard) then look no further. I have a passion for music, and I believe that children have an innate love of music too, my job is to show them how to express it. I studied the piano with the London College of music, and I am a qualified school teacher. I have excellent communication skills that I weave into my lessons. I ensure that my students are learning in a relaxed and happy environment and have clear objectives and learning outcomes. I believe in giving students encouragement and praise as they learn, giving them a sense of achievement. I often run music workshops from my home where my students can meet other students, spend time participating in fun music based activities that enrich our lessons. Workshops are very popular, there are prizes to be won, and the students are always fully engaged in the task at hand. I am a British, married with two teenage daughters and was a school teacher in the U.K for many years.
