We hired JILP for a complete re-plumbing of our pre-1900 shotgun home (took out all galvanized and replaced it with pex) Absolutely the most professional plumber that contacted us. I'll confess that we were a bit put off by the companies name (we're very much so an atheist household) but Neil and his staff were professional, courteous, and timely with starting and completing the job. Everything from their digitized and professional quotes to their staff was above and beyond what we expected. He provided insurance and license information without a bat of an eye. (Our first choice of a plumber actually flaked out on us when we became suspicious over them not being able to provide this information on the day that the job was suppose to start) His quote was very competitive, not the cheapest, but definitely the least expensive AND professional. You can find lower estimates through thumbtack for a similar project but I would put money on it that they would probably be a bit sketchy. (i.e. during one estimate the guy who came out to do the quote under cut the company he worked for! Offered to do the job unlicensed for $1000 dollars less). We're planning a major renovation in the next few months and I will probably insist that the general contracted use JILP for any plumbing work needed. Not only would we hire them again but we plan on it!
