I honestly can’t thank Jen enough, in two days she took my 7 month old shepherd mix from failing a socialization interview at a puppy day care to being off leash at a dog park without a single issue. He even started to listen to simple commands around other dogs which is light years from what I expected. She is an absolute joy to have around and she has a special gift for training dogs.

I recently moved to town from Denver and was looking for a dog walker for my 3 year old Shar Pei. I had been searching for some time and was running out of options because my schedule requires only evening or weekend walks, so I turned to Thumbtack. Stacey replied to my request immediately and answered all of my questions quickly. She could accommodate my unpredictable schedule and was a pleasure to meet. We hit it off right away. So far I've had her stop by twice and she's been prompt, sends texts on how Omar did on his walks, and even sends photos! She leaves a nice report about the visit and when the next one will occur if it's scheduled. I also had a large package delivered while away and she brought it inside for me, which was above and beyond what I expected. Overall, I'm really happy with the care Stacey gives my animals. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Had a very good experience working with Jerry. He trained my lab and also help me learn things as the owner that made training a lot easier for me.Like the fact that he only takes a small amount of dogs so each dog gets the right amount of training time. Still to this day if I have any questions about training he is more than willing to answer and help me with them.

Kelly uses positive reinforcement clicker training which is absolutely wonderful. She taught me how to deal with Sophia in day-to-day situations and not become frustrated but learn to react to her the proper way that is beneficial to Sophia. I used to think that you only needed to train your dog if it was "bad." Now I know the benefits of having a trained dog - it's about your peace of mind and their safety! I believe Kelly's goal is for you and your dog to become great companions and to have a better relationship. Kelly is awesome!

About

My training is all about building a happier, more productive bond between you and your dog. I'm a balanced dog trainer with a large knowledge of tools to aid in my research-backed training methods, and ALWAYS put your dog's experience first when training. I believe training is a lifelong journey for both dogs and their human partners, so I frequently look for ways to test my current knowledge and learn something new through furthering my education in dog behavior.

About

I offer a true, positive reinforcement dog training with no use of any technique that could injure your dog (shock collars, choke and prong collars, physical force, etc.). My philosophy is that training should not hurt; it should be a fun experience for both you and your dog! My training is reward based and held in high-distraction environments so that your dog can learn to tune out distractions and tune into training. I am constantly attending seminars and reading books of leading animal behaviorists to stay up to date with my training knowledge. I also have experience competing with dogs in UKC and AKC events, as well as preparing dogs for the AKC, CGC and Therapy Dog testing.

About

Hello, my name is Christopher Brown. I am a college student and I live uptown, born and raised in New Orleans. I'm pretty easygoing and get along with people great.

About

When I moved to New Orleans in early 2014, I left my two dogs in California with my family. The pets I walk and sit for here mean more to me than a job, they fill they void left by my dogs. I do more than just walk and care for animals, I truly appreciate the time I get to spend with them, and make the very most of it. I love getting to know dogs and cats with various personalities. Leaning new quirks, what makes one ticket, and favorite games is always fun.
