Ian is very thorough and patient. He made sure I was following the proper techniques and maximizing my workout. I love the fact that I get a "homework" sheet for days I am not attending class. Ian is awesome instructor and I have already recommended him to everyone that mentions yoga or working out.
Jess is an amazing yoga teacher!! She really helped me improve my knowledge of a variety of poses while also improving my flexibility and focus during our sessions. She is great with all ages and ability levels and I recommend her highly for all things yoga!!
Incredible experience - the best yoga instruction I have ever had
She is an amazingly gifted teacher and people person. She has worked with me for around 5 years as a private yoga coach. She's intuitive about your physical limitations and yet very motivational. She's specially trained for people with different body issues and infirmities. I totally credit her with helping to bring me back to health after major arterial surgery. She is the Best.
Joni was great. She was happy and helpful, very likable personality. She's a great yoga instructor, taking time to explain all the postures to us and make sure we were positioned as best our bodies could be. We will certainly call on her again!
Dmitri is a great yoga teacher. Very knowledgable and well-studied. His classes are small, and students get lots of attention. Good for the mind and body. Can't recommend this studio highly enough.
Gabi's handstand private was amazing. She showed me forms of strength in my body that I never knew I had! The private opened up my inversion practice to a whole new level. She is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I look forward to taking more privates and classes with her in the future!
I've been practicing with Melissa for a few months now. She is a great teacher to learn together with and I enjoy her focus on spiritual wellness and growth. Looking forward to seeing her evolve with technical aspects of her teaching over the next few months and cant wait for our next practice!
As people watched my own weight-loss transformation, from 298 lbs to 167 lbs and from size 22/24 to size 8 (my smallest), people wanted to know how I did it. Thus, I became a personal trainer and now, a yoga instructor to professionally guide others towards their goals. The empathy and understanding I possess, from going through and still being on the lifelong health and wellness journey, provides a level of instant comfort between my clients and me.

My practice inspires healing and transformation. The goal is to meet the student/practitioner where they are at now, and to develop them from that point forward. I focus on the internal development as we balance the physical external.
I offer instruction of a gentle flowing session, encouraging a meditative state where we will be refining the body's mobility, vitality, posture, and tone. We will invoke the 5 elements of earth, water, fire, air and akasha or spirit in movements of a chi gong lineage for enhanced physical and emotional health, vitality, and strength. It's about connecting with natural flow within our bodies and to a world without limits. You will be guided through a gentle and instructive session, integrating the breath with vinyasa asana, yoga therapy, yin yoga and self massage techniques. I cater for all levels, and modifications are always offered for interested participants.
I am a classical singer that began to practice yoga to improve my breath control. I found that the practice helped transform me on and off the mat. I learned to do poses that I never expected, and it helped empower me in all areas of my life. I want to help others do the same.

There are only a few teachers in the country who teach SmartFLOW. It is the best yoga in America and anyone who takes my class will agree.
I have been practicing yoga for 11 years, and I have been teaching yoga for over a year. I teach yoga because I love helping people feel good about themselves and their bodies. My goal is for you to leave the class feeling better than when you started.
Hi, I'm Richie Santucci, RD, CDE, HPT, yoga instructor. After wrestling, boxing and fighting MMA, I traded it all in for a simple 15-minute yoga routine and breathing exercise that gives you more strength, energy and happiness the smarter, and not the harder way.
I teach power yoga in New Orleans and Crescent City to build a healthier, stronger and more flexible you. Power yoga builds strength and flexibility through heat-generating postures. This means that you'll stretch, breathe, sweat, hold and rest. We begin a typical class by flowing through simple postures to warm up your body (like jogging before you run), then hold poses longer to access your inner physical and mental strength. I offer both public classes and private classes throughout the New Orleans metro area. The following are few things to know: * Power yoga is accessible to everyone. All poses can be adjusted to fit your body. * We practice in a moderately heated room. The temperature is between 85 and 90 degrees to warm your muscles and get you sweating. * It's hands on. I adjust students to bring consciousness to specific aspects of the poses. * Expect a physical and mental workout. Through purposeful breath and movement, you will discover physical challenge and mental release.
