- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For accounting, I typically charge $50 per hour. For tax preparation, I usually charge by the form - depending on complexity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet for a free consultation and I gather background and current information of their particular situation and needs. Then, I provide both an approach and an estimate of cost. If all is acceptable, I get started. Throughout the year, I remain available for business consulting, advising, and help with any issues that may come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accounting degree from UNO. In addition, I take continuing education classes throughout the year to stay current with the ever-changing tax laws.
