- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally base my quotes on $15 an hour for me and my helper. Example - If we clean for 3 hours together the price would be $90.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask what size the home is, what jobs they want done, where they are located, if they want extra things done. I do clean ovens and frigerator, but that cost extra. If they want laundry I only do 2 loades. I will change beds and wash sheets. I will meet them and look at the home before hand to give a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from high school, had some business college, some computer education, worked for Department of Natural Resources for 25 years, raised 3 children, and worked outside the home for 47 years. I have over 10 years in the house cleaning business.
