I am very grateful that I found Catherine! In the year that she has trained me, I've gotten stronger and more fit. My balance is better, I don't tire easily, and I've gone from long sleeves to sleeveless tops. She is committed to her work and brings both her knowledge and personal experience to every single session. She will challenge you, but she also knows when to alter your workout to suit your circumstances on any given day. Catherine is a naturally intuitive trainer. She is driven but never expects more from you than she expects from herself. She's an excellent example of balancing training, nutrition, and life. Catherine is the best. I can't recommend her highly enough.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My hourly rate is $50 for individuals and $70/hourly for semi personal training or 2 clients. I offer paid in full discounts for 6 and 12 and 24 sessions purchased.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Staying in shape does not come easy to me. I have been an insulin dependent diabetic since age 12, have celiacs disease and scoliosis. Through fitness and nutrition have maintained a quality of life that most people struggling with these things don't have. I try to view these challenges as blessings. They keep me aware of what I put in my body and how I train.
