I was an easy going bride with only one thing on her wishlist, a photo booth! With prices high and this bride on a budget I was beginning to lose hope. Still I hunted for months but the more I looked, the more it appeared as though I wouldn't enjoy the thrill of squeezing my wedding party into a tiny space for a series of comical photos. THEN I MET CHRIS!!! From the moment we spoke until the reception ended, I have never felt more excited or more at ease about working with someone. Not only was Big Easy Memories within my budget, their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond really made me realized I'd made the perfect choice. Thank you Chris and crew for making our day much more memorable. Me and my now hubby had a blast!

Chris opted not to provide the photobooth at my wedding because it was drizzling even though the booth was to go inside a tent. Okay, that's his prerogative, and he did warn me. However he did not warn me that he would expect to keep the entire fee and refuse to provide the photobooth for another day. He wasn't content to just keep $300 for his two hour minimum (just for driving to our venue and leaving immediately) he thinks he is entitled to be paid for the full three hours AND a photo album. He refused to even refund for the album which was on a separate invoice even though we did not get a single picture or even an empty book from him. I would give them zero stars if I could.

The tent that was available was not enclosed and would not have protected the photo booth and the camera equipment from water and mud damage. Not to mention we would’ve had to run an extension cord more than 50 feet through muddy water for the photo booth. They did not have a direct 220 volt outlet dedicated strictly for the photo booth as stated in the signed contract. Alice and her partner demanded a cash refund the day of the event. We were kind enough and even though the contract was not followed and as stated in the contract all money paid is non-refundable if you do not have an area location free from damage for the placement of the photo booth equipment due to the rain, mud and not having a direct 220 outlet. Alice and her partner were still given a full refund for their event via her initial form of payment, which was American Express and she was also provided with an empty photo book (via mail) as she requested.
