- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually for a full-face makeover we will not charge over $35. However, we do charge $60 for both hair styles and makeup. Rates differ if hair needs to be cut or colored accordingly. Also, for a drive of over 30 miles, we will be charging a $10 travel fee, unless the client is willing to travel to our home for the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know our clientele is very important to us. We love to use our skills to create a look that matches a client's style and personality while simultaneously going for what they want. We find that this is the best way to guarantee satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an apprentice under Merle Norman Cosmetics, and was a Sales Associate with them for nearly three years. I retired for maternity leave and college in 2014, but I have altered my schedule so that I can get back in the business. My partner attended cosmetology school in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 2014.
