- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a trip charge depending on the location of service (quite reasonable) which covers diagnosis and estimate for the repair...(no charge with completed repairs), my work rate is flat rate...depending on the job required to be completed (No-one complains)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I receive tips from factories, and suppliers when classes for advancement are available.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoyed the electro-mechanical field since my youth and took on the challenges and accepted the headaches and the heartaches. There would be the same in almost every other field!
