i infuse beginning, intermediate and advanced ballet techniques with boxing techniques. i also sneak moves in that you can do anywhere, anytime, any situation!
James is outstanding! I have worked with him for over two years and my results amaze me. He's taught me the proper way to use kettlebells, general mobility and the importance of regular training. He's got the very rare ability to motivate without alienating. I proudly wear my K2 tshirt and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trainer. He will also help get you strong mentally so when you stumble, you can recover and continue on your path to fitness. Bottom line: James will help you meet your fitness goals, no matter your initial strength or ability
I hired Dylan for swim lessons with my teenage two kids and their cousins. That had not swam before and he was very patient and taught them to tread water and swim across the pool. They had fun and always looked forward to the class. I have hired him to make healthy lunches for after their lessons with good results as well
Really knowledgeable! He listens to your goals and personalizes work outs to help you achieve your goals. Patient and encouraging, Ian is a highly recommended trainer. His understanding approach is great for beginners and advance athletes!
This center has changed my life physically, spiritually, and mentally. The guided group mediation that Matthew provides twice a week provides me with a solid framework to practice my own personal daily meditation, which has reduced stress and tension in my daily life. But something special about meditating in this group is that it creates a positive synergistic energy in the room that leaves us all feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. It's pretty cool. I also get some massage/energy healing work with Matthew and he has released a lot of tension that I carry in certain muscles, which has carried over and benefited my overall health. He also delves into the underlying cause (whether it's mental, emotional, or biological) of whatever physical symptoms one is experiencing. As a physician, I turn to Matthew to fill the gaps that modern medicine does not know how to address, and I try to implement what I learn from him into my practice. He is definitely a gifted healer who knows how to harness his own energy and relay that to others. And he teaches his patients how to use our own mind/energy/power to heal ourselves. It's awesome, and I highly recommend Matthew and the Higher Purpose Healing center.

Sammy is an awesome trainer. He provides you with everything you need to succeed. I love that one of the first things he does with you is explain your overall body assessment by measuring your BMI. And for free! Most of the time this can cost a pretty penny. This allows you to be able to understand how to reach your goals and how much body fat you should lose in order to reach your goals. He also provides you with an entire nutrition guide and menu and instructions for day to day meals and calculates how many calories you should intake depending on what size you are. By boyfriend and I train together and he gives us both different instructions on how to reach our goals and will be with you every step of the way during your workout. He's very encouraging! He customizes a workout each day to fit your goals and has a beautiful indoor studio with machines, kickboxing, ellipticals, trx, dumbbells etc. The workouts go very fast with water breaks and the music of your choice. I'm staying with Sammy with my unlimited membership each month! The package is the way to go
