Personal Training Rates -Non-Members $35/ 1 - 1hr session $140/ 4 - 1hr sessions $280/ 8 - 1hr sessions $420/ 12 - 1hr sessions -Members (starting 1/1/22) $35/ 1 - 1hr session $133/ 4 - 1hr sessions (5% off 1 session rate) $239/ 8 - 1hr sessions (10% off 4 session rate) $339/ 12 - 1hr sessions (15% off 4 session rate) The 12 session option would be a M/W/F schedule with room to adjust if needed. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out your current activity/fitness level, previous activity history, and decide how much of what attention should be geared to specific areas (strength, cardiovascular, mobility, etc). A new client would then sign a waiver and get to work! I am very laid back and personable. I use a good amount of profanity >;-} and more often than not I have a very direct approach of instructing.
