I hired Monty to remodel my summer house's guest house, in the Chicago area, Beverly Shores beach. He remodeled the kitchen, bathroom and extended the bedroom dimensions. I was remodelling to sell. My real estate agent was impressed with his work.

Monty is a most resourceful, professional workman and has become my #1 "go-to" contractor. Initially hired to repair a wind-damaged privacy fence, he sourced excellent prices on materials and did a superb job. Subsequently, he has done electrical and plumbing work for me, including successfully restoring a vintage toilet that a licensed plumber told me was a lost cause. Truly, he is full service . . . reliable, efficient, meticulous, and reasonably priced. Painting and carpentry are among his skill sets, as well.
