- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our system is honest and to the point! We base our price on how long we think the job will take or we allot time for the amount of money in a budget. No going home sooner regardless of how light the day was or how fast the employee may be. We always look for what can be done when things are slow during certain times of the year. Don't be surprised if we give you a free carpet cleaning or do some other project when you may have less people in the office over holidays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the time we study what could work best!!! We never stop learning. The real key to our success is we study everyone and everything. We are always looking to improve. Always!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At first I thought it was simple, mindless and wanted something that would be therapeutic, but over the years I found out otherwise. There are so many ways and details that providing a business with effective cleaning must be done. Things like how to polish chrome, or how to restore a floor, or how to use a pumice stone on a toilet or urinal. How to prevent offensive smells in restrooms, or creating a spreadsheet to cover every inch of the property within a weeks time. Even cleaning glass without streaks takes a certain method. Knowing about stains and getting them out of carpet or VCT. I can go on and on! I really made it my mission to keep learning on new ways to clean more effectively.
