- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just recently did a complete remodel on a 1880 home in liberty Ms that was worth 26k before we started and is now worth 200k and looks like one of the nicest homes on Church street!!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
First thing, I believe the customer should have a general idea or better, of what it is they are looking for and exactly what it is they want. That way they are aware of the the different task's involved, so some other contractor doesn't take advantage of them. Also it will give them an idea of the questions to ask. Me personally all I need to know is what a customer wants, where they want it what color do the want. Each job may be a different layout and different material but is generally the same. A skilled and honest professional should give the homeowner's or customer's assurance that they've found the right person for the job..
