We hired L&M Catering for a birthday party for 40 guests for a sit-down dinner with appetizers. I as hostess and all of my guests were totally amazed at the presentation of the buffet setup, the service, the quality and quantity of food. I would rehire them for any event which I hosted in the future and recommend Mrs. Phillips without hesitation to anyone looking for a party which is completely stress-free. She and her staff are a joy to work with. Thank you, Madonna!!!

Madonna and her staff laid a beautiful table at my wedding reception! The food was delicious and everyone raved about it! She also did anti-pasta plates for each table with a wonderful variety. I had one guest to be sure and tell me how personable Madonna was. My now-husband has some strict diet restrictions and Madonna met all of them and nothing was sacrificed. I want to thank her, Larry and Harry and the rest of the staff!

Madonna and her staff were so great. They were professional and went beyond expectations to make sure my wedding was beautiful. As for the food, I still have people telling me how great the food was. One suggestion... go with the shrimp and grits appetizers. Thank you so much, Madonna. You will always be the caterer I call for any occassion I host.

If you are looking for a catering services, you search has just ended with L&M Catering. Not only is Madonna and Larry two of the nicest people to work with, but also just to know. They handle my wife surprise party professionally, and with the friendless of service. The food was so good my guest will be taking about it for months to come. They so good I am already planning my next event with them right now. Call me Rusty if you want to ask about them. 225.803.4278. I will never use another catering service.

Madonna and Larry went above and beyond for our wedding! I was planning most of it from Philadelphia so they were extremely understanding and patient. I could barely choose what we wanted at the reception because everything was delicious! Madonna took care of everything that was involved with the food and bartenders, even brought her own beautiful linens and offered to make a centerpiece for her table. THE FOOD! Most of my family is from Wisconsin and they are still raving about the boudin balls, jambalaya, pecan pie, bread pudding, and truffles! They even packed my husband and I a to-go box just in case we were too busy dancing to eat! Highly recommend this professional and talented caterers! Thank you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet with our clientelle and discuss what their vision is for their event. We will also schedule a tasting. It is our mission to give the best service and value possible. It is important to know what the clients budget is so we can guide them to make the best decesions on their menu that will fit within their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certainly we all in this business stay up with Serve Safe, but I enjoy taking on line courses in new cooking trends.
