My sister Carol had select flooring redo her entire house flooring. I was very impressed with quality of their workmanship. I contacted Select Flooring, and they responded within 24 hours, also sent their estimator out the next day. Select flooring refinished my entire back bay condo. I never realized how beautiful my floors really were, and the professionalism of this company was outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their floors refinished. We offer competitive pricing and offer a price guarantee on our labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s important to install the correct flooring type into the correct environment. We make recommendations based on the assessment of environmental factors and the client’s taste. We will install products that the client picks out from different vendors and also have preferred products that can be bought directly from us or one of our retail partners. The customer will be communicated with from start to finish
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the flooring industry for over 12 years in both sales and installation.
