- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending upon the amount of services required, number of units, condition of property and location. I offer full service to some simple and basic services for the budget concerned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call interview initiates the process followed up by visiting the property and discussing needs. Decision by both parties and entering into agreement solidifies deal. Simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken years of property management courses, am a Certified Occupational Specialist, have managed and owned property for decades and pride myself on tenant selection. In 30 years I have never evicted a tenant I placed and have kept only 1 security deposit. I am qualified to teach property management to the public.
