Bulent Guneralp Voice/Singing/Speech Lessons
About this pro
Bulent helped me a great deal to learn to control my voice and to care for it. We only had three or four sessions via Skype/Hangouts, but I have noticed a definite improvement. Sadly, life happened and I had to stop the lessons for a while. I was surprised to hear him offer to work with me on payment plans and so on, but he is such a warm, patient instructor and so obviously interested in helping me to improve that I suppose it should not have come as a surprise. When I get things squared away in my personal life, I will for sure be reaching out to Bulent again.Jul 9, 2018Verified
Bulent is professional and very patient with my active 3 yo daughter who only speaks little English. We just finished the first class, and made the next appointment with him.Jun 29, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Lessons are modestly priced for all ($1 per minute), beginner to professional, all ages and voice types. Come as you are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Depending on students' goals, lessons can include: physical warm ups, breathing exercises, vocal exercises and technical work, solfeggio (sight-singing), ear training, repertoire musical coaching speech coaching preparation for auditions and performances. Students can work on any piece they like from any genre. I encourage students to video-record their lessons and analyze them to accelerate their progress. Audio recordings are not ideal. Usually phones and tablets are used to record the lessons. I teach in my Arlington studio, which is T-accessible, and has free parking. I also teach online nationwide (FaceTime, WhatsApp, Skype, Google Hangouts, etc.).
