Role & Designs has helped me with a variety of projects around my home. She has helped me pick numerous paint colors for numerous rooms in my house. I always thought that picking a paint color was easy, until I paid hundreds of dollars for the wrong color. We all know the colors look different on paper swatches than they do on your walls and Donna knows how those colors translate. She listens and knows my needs and tastes and picks the best colors or items for me. I'm always happy with her recommendations and I wind up saving a lot of time, money and aggravation. Currently, Donna Role is working on decorating my home. She has helped me choose the perfect area rug, paint color,and wall to wall carpeting. She has hung art work, and rearranged furniture! In addition, she has made amazing suggestions such as buying a front door that provides light. She also a vast repertoire of reliable and efficient contractors! Another reason why she is outstanding is her knowledge of where to buy something either on line or at a store at a good value! She is upbeat, practical, and fun!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge an hourly rate and work very fast and I am efficient. I feel that an hourly rate allows the customer to use me as needed .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a potential customer and make sure we are both on the same page and are comfortable with one another. It is important to have a level respectful canvas to work on. Both parties should feel happy comfortable and at ease. Decorating should be fun not a chore. It should be a creative experience with out breaking the bank.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes here and there and read lots of the design journals. I am on the Benjamin Moore paint survey which keeps me up to date with all the color trends. I stay in the loop and make sure that I am creative and unique .
