- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge an hourly rate and work very fast and I am efficient. I feel that an hourly rate allows the customer to use me as needed .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a potential customer and make sure we are both on the same page and are comfortable with one another. It is important to have a level respectful canvas to work on. Both parties should feel happy comfortable and at ease. Decorating should be fun not a chore. It should be a creative experience with out breaking the bank.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes here and there and read lots of the design journals. I am on the Benjamin Moore paint survey which keeps me up to date with all the color trends. I stay in the loop and make sure that I am creative and unique .
