Andy and Wanda have done several jobs for me over the last several years including new roof, ceiling repairs, new bathroom floor, repair of foundation cracks that were causing basement flooding, and a new waterproof basement floor. I love my pretty new roof and floors. My basement has not leaked since the repairs. Andy and Wanda were very professional and timely. They never left unfinished work to go to another job. They stayed until it was finished. And they cleaned everything up when they were finished. You can't go wrong with these guys. They know what they are doing and the price is right.

Pioneer Cabinetry has done multiple jobs for me ranging from fixing and finishing construction that a different contractor never completed to delicate finish work inside the house. They have replaced outdated windows, shingling the outside of the house and replacing all the woodwork and doors. They are conscientious and take care of my property. Since the house is at Cape Co I trust them enough to let them stay at the house on there own when they work.

Roof repair but didn't repair the whole Deck of the roof left all water stain spot I asked him he said it will be dry out But stain stayed their but I paid for whole New roof for she'd he just replaced shingles

I'm sorry you were dissatisfied. We quoted you a price of $570 dollars to repair the rotten part of the deck and rip the old roof off and replace it. You told us that you only wanted to pay $500 so we agreed. We told you the roof would dry out but the water stains would remain. You simply did not want to pay for a new deck and an entire new deck was never in the contract. Again, we are sorry for the miscommunication. Andy and Wanda Priest
