Gabe Alfieri is unquestionably the best voice teacher I have ever had, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is serious about singing, from beginner to professional level. A master of voice science, he expertly teaches the use of the human vocal apparatus and its related physiology, including coaching of diction and phrasing. Gabe has an encyclopedic knowledge of songwriters, composers, performers, and musical theatre. He is also easygoing, patient, humble and supportive, with a gentle sense of humor. He shows me how to create any style of singing I want, utilizing fundamental physical techniques. I deeply appreciate his talent for explaining technical details with a combination of examples from his own voice, or referrals to certain singers, or concrete visualizations. Furthermore, Gabe has a most remarkable talent for identifying and correcting subtle vocal problems, which enables me to translate solutions in ways that relate to my precise mode of thinking. Truly a brilliant teacher!

Gabe is absolutely top notch! He’s been incredibly helpful from my first lesson with not only the technical singing aspect of things but on gear needed to make lessons better for the both of us. Very good at explaining things to adapt to my learning abilities. I would recommend him to anyone from the very beginner to a seasoned pro. All around great guy and I’ll continue to do lessons with him long term!

Gabriel is the only voice teacher I've ever had who actually understands my voice. He understands how the human body works, and he understands what it takes to be a singer. We began with a complementary half hour lesson, and I chose to stay the hour because I could immediately tell that Gabe knew what he was talking about. I saw improvement in my tone and control after that one lesson. I was utterly shocked. I had spent YEARS with quack teachers beating myself up because I thought I simply could not sing. If you are like me, and you've spent thousands of dollars and wasted years trying to sing with nothing to show for it, please, I beg of you: Take my advice- save yourself years of searching. Give Gabe a call, and schedule a 30 minute session. You will immediately feel the results.

Where do I begin?! I had never taken a single voice lesson before finding Gabe so I was a newbie with some vocal talent that needed honing. We’ve met weekly via Zoom which I was skeptical about at first, but it’s actually great and super convenient for anyone with a busy schedule. It’s been 6+ months now and I still always look forward to our weekly sessions. I’ve vastly improved since I first began and I credit Gabe (and practice 😉) with my progress. He’s patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. He’s a master at identifying and developing the areas where I struggle.. while still having a good time through the whole process! Stop debating.. take a lesson and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
