- What types of customers have you worked with?
Years ago, I would say we most often dealt with cockroaches and rodents. Today, the most prevalent pest issue is bedbugs. They have taken over the cities and suburbs and are the most difficult pest to eliminate by far.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask these questions: 1. How long have you been in business? 2. Who do you service in the area? 3. Am I forced to sign a contract? 4. What is your warranty/guarantee? 5. How long is your warranty/guarantee? 6. Are you available to answer questions anytime?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We too have families and pets. I wish the stigma of pesticides and how dangerous they are wasn't so prevalent. In-fact, most of the cleaning products customers keep under their kitchen sink are far more dangerous than the low-dose products we apply.
