We offer suggestions that the customer can understand and look at the move through the lens of the mover. Meeting my new customer that are stressed out, stayed up till late the night before. And the day of the move as we start to load the truck, with each room being emptied they are breathing a sigh of relief that their level of stressing out is No more! At the end of the move they are hugging us even after sweating.
