Elise is a kind, considerate, caring professional. An expert in her field, I am so grateful and fortunate to have her helping me with reiki treatments. The sessions are total mind, body and spiritual treatment. I sleep better, I am calmer, happier feel balanced and cope better with life and stress. My family even notices the difference and noticed immediately after the first treatment. Because of reiki, I have been spared from taking a medication I periodically need but causes unwanted side effects. I always want to avoid the medicine and since the reiki sessions I have been able to. I can't recommend Elise and reiki enough, whether coping with an illness or just everyday life stress, it will complement whatever else you are doing and take your treatment to the next level. You will be in good, capable hands with Elise.

Elise has been working with me for several weeks, and it has been an amazing experience. I have found Elise to be an incredibly affirming Reiki practioner, and the Reiki sessions I have had with her have left me feeling relief, calmness, peacefulness, and openness each time. I may not feel some of these things right away, but the Reiki has a way of "settling in" beautifully, and I have felt these effects. Reiki treatments have added to my life, all in positive ways. Elise feels like a witness to my growth and healing, and I trust and respect Elise immensely. I recommend her for anyone, especially those that may be hesitant to try Reiki or aren't sure if it is "right" for them. Elise provides a gentle, honest, and supportive environment that will affirm that you do!

Elise is incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring. She willingly shares her (amazing!) Reiki energy, and ensures you understand and can access all that is possible. I have met and worked with other Reiki practitioners, but Elise is in a league of her own -- top notch!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 60-minute Reiki session is $65, and individuals may also choose 30-minute, 45-minute, 75 minute, or 90 minute Reiki sessions. Reiki Level 1 Training is $150 and is a 10-hour training.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know and trust one another by chatting. I encourage new customers to feel very comfortable asking me any questions at all about me, about Reiki practice, and what they may expect from Reiki sessions or Reiki training classes. One of my favorite things to do is educate and inform new customers about Reiki practice. In turn, I appreciate listening to what has moved new customers to seek Reiki sessions or training at this time. Working with a is always a warm and caring process. The comfort of the new customer is the most important thing to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Oh yes! This has been key for me. I attend Reiki seminars, workshops, and conferences. Some of these I organize and some of these I participate in, while others teach. I read books and articles about Reiki every day. Writing articles about Reiki also keeps me on my toes! I stay in touch with colleagues in order to be part of informal discussions about Reiki. I attend and host Reiki Shares.
