Pricing is generally based on labor but also must include a margin for unseen added costs for equipment. (Wear and tear on vehicle, tools, fuel, material and workshop costs, etc)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it is important to connect- establish a rapport and ensure all questions and concerns are addressed before beginning a project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in Sustainability and I am an OSHA certified construction worker. I have completed numerous continuing education courses and have a decade of work experience. I have been operating my own business for five years.
