- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only get paid if the transaction closes. If we don't sell your house we don't get paid. If we don't find you a house, we don't get paid. We earn our commissions from hard work and getting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet a client in person to get to know them. I listen to their needs and determine if I think we will be a good match.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As licensed professionals we are required to complete CE courses every year.
