Would highly recommend Flagship Homes to anyone who wants an honest client experience. Greg Cumings is one of the most knowledgeable realtors in the Boston market. He's extremely patient and does not push you in any way. His goal is to make sure he aligns your criteria with what the market bears. Greg was our agent and helped us find a house we could afford. He was hardworking and came with us to many open houses. Since we had never owned a place before it was great to learn from him what to look for in house. Once we found the house we wanted, Greg was a great support in the negotiation. He didn't try to get us to buy - several times he would advice us to walk away. Patience paid off and we got a nice house at a good price. We would use Greg and Flagship Homes again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only get paid if the transaction closes. If we don't sell your house we don't get paid. If we don't find you a house, we don't get paid. We earn our commissions from hard work and getting results.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet a client in person to get to know them. I listen to their needs and determine if I think we will be a good match.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As licensed professionals we are required to complete CE courses every year.
