- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
OTG strives to provide a fair and equitable price for each job. As such, each job is different. A quote we initially respond with is based on very few details so we try to be fair and honest. Once we connect with a customer and learn more about the project we can review any quote adjust it accordingly. We work with our customers to provide the best service at a reasonable cost. All it takes is a few minutes to understand the exact job requirement which helps us establish a accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential client contacts us, we get to know them and what they want as a completed product. New clients may not understand the process and all the work that goes into videography. Live streams or recordings can get quite complicated based on the specific needs. But at OTG, we work closely with the client. A direct phone number for calls and texts is essential to answer any questions or changes that need immediate attention. When all is said and done, we have many customers that are very happy with the results of working with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Videography is an ever evolving industry. That is why OTG participates in the latest industry conferences, continuing education through on-line training programs and keeps up with the latest industry standards. Learning new aspects in this ever evolving field keeps us providing high quality results.
